  • Ensure you own or have the rights to any materials you provide to us

  • Use our work in a lawful manner consistent with these Terms

Delays in providing information, feedback, or approvals may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing details will be outlined in your proposal or agreement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due as specified in your invoice or engagement terms.

  • Late or missed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or additional fees.

  • Deposits or retainers, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

4. Revisions and Scope

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in your agreement. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees and timelines. We will communicate any such changes before proceeding.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables transfers to you, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  • Authentic Impressions, LLC retains ownership of preliminary drafts, internal working materials, and any proprietary tools, templates, or processes.

  • Unless you request otherwise in writing, Authentic Impressions, LLC reserves the right to display completed work in a portfolio, case study, or promotional materials.

  • Any materials you provide remain your property, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use them.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of the information you share with us and will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties except as necessary to perform the Services or as required by law.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement.

  • If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services at our discretion, including in cases of nonpayment, abusive conduct, or requests that conflict with our values or applicable law.

  • Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • While we bring professional experience and care to every project, we do not guarantee specific results, such as increased sales, engagement, followers, rankings, or revenue, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
